Sorry, my mistake (perhaps). When I did the upgrade using rpm, the
instructions on the screen said to edit mailscanner.conf and then do
service mailscanner start
so I assumed that the upgrade had stopped the running mailscanner
process. I guess the instructions apply to a new install only.
