For a single server, no not really. If you're deploying across a network
to more than one machine, then yes, kind of.

Problem is that occasionally they (need to) change little things about the
install. So if you assumed that the monthly update was like last month's,
you might regret it.

If however you have time to look over it once, then you can automate
subsequent installs.
