Does anyone know the conditions that must occur for this to happen? I know that rich text formatting generates the tnef and winmail.dat but I'm not certain what causes tnef extractor not to be able to unencode the message. I seem to see it a lot more with the Outlook for the Mac and I'm curious as to what may generate it more with them. -=B
