Strange Problem..

I updated my mailscanner to the latest version as of today, i was running one a bit older, before domain scanning. Anywayz, after i updated, it cant keep up with the queue now, i edited mailscanner and changed the sleep time from 30 to 5, and im using Batch, and deliver in background. Any thing you can think of that might help? Thanks..
