Yes. And the target dir does also exist. However, setting the option
to Yes does not copy it there.

Ok. I am gonna set it to No anyway then.
Any chance of having an option to only save infected items, including
all headers and stuff?
All that is saved now, is just the infected file in the quarantine
dir.
