question on spam

I checked by headers and this is what it said.

 required 5, MSG_ID_ADDED_BY_MTA_2, CLICK_BELOW, EXCUSE_3,
 REMOVE_PAGE, BIG_FONT, CLICK_HERE_LINK, CTYPE_JUST_HTML)


If the score was high then why did it not get marked as spam?

Should I attach my mailscanner.conf file?
