Not as such, but it might be a little unfair on poor old Sophos's
website if every mailscanner user starts automatically downloading new
virus signatures every hour (half hour?  Minute?)  We run the update
script twice a day here, I think that 2-3 times per day is as much as
is sensible and considerate.
