Julian,
   Yet another suggestion...  If spamassassin is used and the spam score
on a piece of email is greater than some defined number in mailscanner.conf,
then delete it -- even if the "Spam Action" says "deliver".  IMHO, anything
with a spam score greater than 15 isn't worth tagging and delivering...
