I was able to confirm the version of MIME::Tools by checking the time
stamps noted in the patch file against the time stamps of the
corresponding files on my system. I unpacked 5.411 and  checked against
that as well.

Still curious though... is there some way to get the version number of an
installed perl module using a command, or by checking a file or notation
somewhere on the file system?
