Spamassassin w/mailscanner & whitelist_to feature

RE: Spamassassin w/mailscanner & whitelist_to feature

I have tried to white list a few users that do not want spam filtered and
have tried both the spammassassin user pref config file and the mailscanner
config file with no luck...still processes those user whitelisted users.
