ANNOUNCE: F-Prot users

I have just released version 3.22-7.

This addresses the fact that F-Prot have changed their output format
(again) when detecting mass--mailing worms.

Note: I strongly advise all F-Prot users to upgrade to this version to
ensure their continued virus protection.
