diff Spam List Timeout +SpamAssassin Timeout

The "Spam List Timeout" affects the "Spam List" entries.
The "SpamAssassin Timeout" affects "SpamAssassin".

So if the errors say that SpamAssassin timed out, you should adjust the
"SpamAssassin Timeout".
