That's fine; it just shows that your mailscanner is working fine.

Is it therefore a correct summary to say:

myparty does not get detected by mailscanner with uvscan in your case;
myparty does get detected if you pass the full plain-text message to uvscan
manually;
eicar gets detected every which way.
