SpamAssassin 2.0 - beware of old spamassassin.cf file!

Please read the list archives on this subject.  I get about a 70% hit
rate on spams when running through mailscanner, much higher when running
spamassassin on the command line.  Some messages aren't being recognized
when run through mailscanner.
