Anti-Spam Testing

The problem with that is that I'm testing this on a test box that is not
in DNS.  Is there a way to have the domain part of the address be the IP
address?

I want to see if mail coming from open relays is being marked as spam.
(which I believe MailScanner is supposed to do)  Is there a good way to
test that?
