Spam Checks

In my mailscanner.conf file I have the following.  (I snipped the
unrelevant parts)

# Spam Detection
Spam Checks = yes

# Do you want to put some text on the front of the subject line when
Spam Modify Subject = yes

# What text do we want to put on the front (gets followed by a " ")
Spam Subject Text = {SPAM?}

# Do we have the SpamAssassin package installed?
Use SpamAssassin = no

# Set the list of database names and their corresponding DNS domains.
Spam List = ORDB-RBL, relays.ordb.org.

Shouldn't mail coming from blacklisted servers have {SPAM?} put in the
subject line?
