procmail EX_TEMPFAIL

Hi all,

I've been getting an error message on my procmail after I installed
mailscanner it says procmail exited with EX_TEMPFAIL, I found out that the
error only appear when the user is over quota. The mail will stay on the queue
and sendmail will keep on sending it and it seems that the sender are not
being mailed that the recipient is over quota.

My setup is RedHat 7.1 running sendmail-8.11.6 and mailscanner-3.04-1.

Any solution guys?
