Integrating with SpamAssassin on a RaQ

Did you have anything like the "auto whitelist" feature enabled? If so,
switch it off. It is also possible that you have your own local host in the
/etc/MailScanner/rules/spam.whitelist.rules file which is disabling the
spam report.

Switch on the option
Always Include SpamAssassin Report = yes
and see what the header says.
