I changed sub openlock in Lock.pm such that $quiet = 0
to get better debugging information.
Below jou will find an excerpt from the mail logs.
Look for msgid gBD9K2OM032544.
I get a message
        Could not open file +</var/spool/mqueue.in/dfgBD9K2OM032544:
And exactly for this msgid I find an orphaned q-file in /var/spool/mqueue.in/
Might there be a problem with two mailscanner childs running in parallel?
