Ok I created a spam.actions.conf :-

FromTo: *.spammers.com delete
FromTo: spam@* deliver
To: mbowman at udcom.com delete
FromTo: vbcomm.net delete
FromTo: default deliver

However when I came to restart MailScanner I have now multiple mailscanners
running (with service MailScanner restart)

root 19972 0.0 0.8 9832 8228 ? S 11:56 0:00
/usr/bin/perl -I/usr/lib/MailScanner /usr/sbin/MailScanner
/etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
root 19973 0.3 1.4 16676 15236 ? S 11:56 0:00

/etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
root 19978 0.3 1.4 16700 15260 ? S 11:56 0:00
/usr/bin/perl -I/usr/lib/MailScanner /usr/sbin/MailScanner
/etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
root 19980 0.3 1.4 16728 15284 ? S 11:56 0:00
/usr/bin/perl -I/usr/lib/MailScanner /usr/sbin/MailScanner
/etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
root 19986 0.3 1.4 16704 15260 ? S 11:56 0:00
/usr/bin/perl -I/usr/lib/MailScanner /usr/sbin/MailScanner
/etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
root 19988 0.3 1.4 16700 15260 ? S 11:57 0:00
/usr/bin/perl -I/usr/lib/MailScanner /usr/sbin/MailScanner
/etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf

Not sure why...

Take a look in the /etc/MailScanner/rules directory and you will find a
couple of files that help explain the "rules" system used in Version 4, so
that you can create the same effect as you got from using the
spam.actions.conf file in Version 3. The new system is dead easy to use,
and is far more flexible than the old one.
