Subject line tagging

I've noticed in the past couple of weeks that some virus checker out there
tags the subject line of each message to show it has been scanned.

To keep up with the neighbours, MailScanner will now let you add text to
the start or end of the subject line whenever it scans a message.

The text is only added if no other subject line modification was made, so
you won't get lots of tags on nasty messages. It also won't add a 2nd copy
of itself if the tag is already there, so you won't get lots of tags if
your message passes through several MailScanners on your site.

It's meant to just make it obvious that clean messages have been scanned.
The default will be to add "{Scanned}" onto the end of the Subject: line,
which should be inobtrusive.
