Spam detection

Hello,

Messages that are spam according to an RBL or a blacklist rule sometimes
show a low X-MailScanner-SpamScore.

Could the X-MailScanner-SpamScore be modified to always score a given
score if the message is to be tagged as spam?

How about a "RBL and Blacklist Score = 10" in MailScanner.conf that
would make those messages appear to have a score of 10?

This would greatly simplify our Cyrus/Sieve spam filtering rules.
