ANNOUNCE: 3.22-12 released

I have just released 3.22-12.

-- Added configuration option "Still Deliver Quietly Deleted Viruses" to
control whether "quietly deleted" viruses are still delivered (after
cleaning, of course). Default value is "yes". Read the conf file for more
info on when/where to use this switch.
-- Minor improvement to the F-Prot parser to catch possible, unknown, viruses.
-- Added fix to config.pl so configuration options "Sendmail2" works properly.
