Viruses To Quietly Delete feature not working on my Cobalt RaQ4 server

Hi

I am unable to get the option "The Viruses To Quietly Delete" to work.

I have a Cobalt RaQ4 server.....

Has anyone has the same problem?
Any tips on where to look to diagnose the problem?
