rpmnew, as the name suggests, is the new files just installed from the rpm.
This allows you to do an upgrade, turn on mailscanner, and then go back and
update your conf files while the server is up. If the *.rpmnew and their
counterparts are the same then you didn't make any changes. Don't reinstall.
