Version 2.60-2 released

I have just released version 2.60-2.

The new feature for this release is that the message to the users varies
depeding on what triggered MailScanner:
         - a virus
         - a bad filename (failed filename.rules.conf)
         - an error in the message
This now changed what the recipient and the sender are told as a response.

Should make life much clearer for users, particularly when they fail a
filename check.

I have also further improved the timeout codent, to make it more reliable.

We have a new domain for MailScanner too, so you can download everything from
