It means that the mcafee auto-update script requires that you install the
CPAN Net::FTP module, which probably isn't documented anywhere, and Julian
probably wasn't aware of, as he doesn't have or use McAfee. He will be
aware of it now ;) and it will probably get documented as soon as he knows
exactly what the situation is.
