mailscanner & exim - solved

Sorry Nick, Julian. I was using Mailscanner 2.42. Just now I upgraded it to
2.60 and it started working.

Now I can view the mails using mailq -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf

and send the mails using exim -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf.

This mail too will pass through mailscanner. Header will prove that.
