complaint from 4.68.4 (now 4.68.5)

I have found a couple of little problems in CustomConfig.pm.
Replace yours with the one attached (diff first for any additions you 
have made yourself).
When testing the IPBlock stuff, you need to put the conf file on the 
command-line (MailScanner --lint will normally do this for you, but 
you'll have to "MailScanner --lintlite /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf").
