old Digest-SHA1 with version 4.68.4

Julian,

I compared the contents of the perl-tar directories between
4.67.6 and 4.68.4 and noticed that the following got added in:

Digest-SHA1-2.10.tar.gz
Net-DNS-0.63.tar.gz

Why such an old version of Digest-SHA1?  The current one is
2.11, dated 18 Jan 2006, version 2.10 is really old, dated
5 Apr 2004.  I already had 2.11 installed on my MS box.
