Well, the bug was such that eventually all MS children would "get
stuck" busy-waiting for a condition that never... happened.
The patch should have taken care of that.
Just keep an eye on your processes (that they don't suddenly start
eating memory like crazy) and the mail flow:-).

Also, if you'd like to enable some small milter that just does
something harmless and adds a header, that would be helpful too;-).
