Actually, we would get a preliminary answer already at #2.

I'm fairly certain we are good to go with this... And I'm also fairly
certain that milter use in the Postfix community is _very_ low ATM,
especially when looking at the combination PF and MS, but also that it
is set to rise sharply.

So although these changes have little ramification right now, they do
need to be there;-).
