New Mailscanner Beta .3

Hi:

I have it running here on a Sun Solaris 8 host and it is working great (~30,000
mails a day). I also am using ClamAV and McAfee as the two AV engines. We used
the latest SA and ClamAV toolbox from Jules.

We also have the MailScanner system set up to look for legally illegal images in
real time using a special database query over HTTPS and again, no problems.
Finds an interesting mix of images.

Thanks Jules for a great mail filtering solution.
