I can appreciate that, I do see a lot of 'already installed' messages, 
but how about using perl MCPAN to get and install the modules rather than 
supply them? Jeffs idea for an option that prevents installing the perl 
modules with a big warning doing so at own risk dont cry to us blah blah 
blah type of thing :)???
