Hrmmmmm, I have DBI 1.56 installed but MS has decided to install 1.50 ?
Mailtools 1.71 but yet we have (had) 1.77
(and thats just the 2 I noticed)
Jules is there a better way to detect and install perl modules rather than
the current way which seems to downgrade what we already have installed?
This is with the tarball version.
