Well, clamd is one process reading it all once... clamavmodule means
you have <number of MailScanner children> contending for the
resources. Once they've read it all, they're good again... Untill
there need be a reload... So oneshould probably time this and set ones
relevant timouts accordingly, to not get any ... DoS or whatever.
