Beta release 4.61.3

Not sure whether this is a issue with 4.61.3, but has started happening
since upgrading, came into work this morning and found 1500 emails queued.
Looking at /var/log/messages it has the error :-

AF_ERR for syslog connections(100), max(100)

No updates have been applied to the server. I cannot believe that it is
MailScanner, but I have rolled back to the previous release to see if the
problem goes away.

Will keep you posted.
