The relavent ones for us are:

Header field values are now 8 bit clean.  Notes:
		- header field names are still restricted to 7 bit.
		- RFC 2822 allows only 7 bit (US-ASCII) characters in
		  headers.
Preserve spaces after the colon in a header.  Previously, any
		number of spaces after the colon would be changed to
		exactly one space.



Plus lots of new FEATURES, individual configuration for the Daemon (e.g.
Load Averages) and lots of new milter stuff
