4.58.5 and the tar.gz version

Anyone running latest beta from the tar.gz generic installer and not the
RPM based package?

Does email get submitted for delivery straight away or queue till 1st
retry time???

My FreeBSD 4.10/Exim system isn't submitting straight away as the call
to exim to 'force' the delivery (exim -Mc <mesg-id>) isn't being
formatted correctly and wondering if this something FreeBSD / tar.gz /
exim specific somehow...
