bogus disarmed msgs from 4.58.5

Julian,

I put 4.58.5 back into play this morning and started getting
puny local messages (no URLs in them) with {Disarmed?}
in the subject line.  Others have gotten them too.  I've had
to fall back to 4.57.5.  I stared at Message.pm for a bit and
a lot seems to have changed there.

Attached is the "MailScanner -v" output from 4.58.5.  I can
provide complete examples of mail messages if needed.  Anybody
else seen this bug???
