Rules adjustment request

Hi Julian,

Request for consideration for a future release reference  reject.msg.rules

At present it takes the arguments, 'user at domain  yes'

Could it also be able to take an optional third argument, being a 
dedicated reject msg for that user at domain ie:
idiot at example.com	yes
idiot at example.net	yes	/path/to/message.txt

Where message.txt would still be able to use the same variables as in the 
default reject.msg.rules report file.
