when there is a serious network issue they deny deny deny, then admit they 
knew about it for 3 weeks after you get into a heated argument with very 
senior net managers. wtf is wrong with saying we know about it and are 
trying for a vendor fix or yeah we know but dont want to restart the IGR
because iot only affects some people, I mean FFS, complete incompetance...

the main problem is it needs to be taken out of Govt majority controlled 
hands so its really fully privatised so the f'wits who work there will be 
held accountable for their stupidity and laziness and can be sacked on the
spot and replaced with ppl prepared to at least half care about doing the
job right, trying to sack a govt employee means the blood leachers
(unions) jump up and down and threaten to be more of a terrorist then Bin 
Laden by holding the country to ransom and threatening to pull a walkout.
