It does, but since I switched to only using IMAP and using procmail for
filtering by headers (not subject), I've managed to use webmail, pine,
thunderbird or any e-mail client without having to worry about importing
or exporting filter rules.
Now if I could do something like that with LDAP for the address book and
iCal for the calendars... :-)
