It's disabled by default for one thing, so you really don't need to
worry about it. It updates the rules that come with SA, not the rdj
rules, which are separate. The rules that come with SA probably don't
need updating all that often anyhow, but you can try running it from the
command line and see how it goes "sa-update -D" puts it in debug mode,
so it'll tell you what it's doing, if it succeeded or not, etc..
