Recommendation for Headers

Hi Julian,

just as I migrated another amavisd system to MailScanner, one idea came
into my head.

Wouldn't it be a good idea, that you implement the "X-Spam-Status: Yes"
fix in the spam actions? I can imagine that most people, who used amavis
with procmail, that they have this header in their procmailrc.

Would make life easier for those folks.
