Urgent -- Lock Type = posix or flock?

Ah, yeah, I see now. Sorry I misunderstood.

I recall that bit me when I upgraded sendmail a while back. That's why 
it's not blank here now. The comments used to say this:

# Don't set this unless you *know* you need to.
# For sendmail, it defaults to "flock".
# For sendmail 8.13 onwards, you will probably need to change it to posix.
