Urgent -- Lock Type = posix or flock?

This is something I noticed a long time ago, I think I asked on the
mailing list and I'm not sure of the outcome.  I guess I just forgot
about it, sorry.

If you're pretty sure you can include that in the stable release, I'd do
that.
