Urgent -- Lock Type = posix or flock?

For the sendmail users among you, please can you check your maillog for 
the Lock Type you are using, if you have specified
    Lock Type =
in MailScanner.conf?

I have just discovered that possibly everyone is using posix when they 
thought they were using flock (according to the comments in 
MailScanner.conf)!

This is pretty urgent and needs fixing. Please can you let me know!
