One thing that might be worth a mention someplace, maybe at the end of 
the ./install.sh for install-Clam-SA.tar.gz, is that 'sa-update -D' 
should be run to get the latest SA rules after an update of SA IF you 
are using the sa-update functionality.

This is because "By default, sa-update (and spamassassin) expect to find 
updates in the /var/lib/spamassassin/<spamassassin version> directory, 
which will have each channel in its own directory underneath."
