URGENT: MailScanner quick test please

Please can you edit /usr/sbin/MailScanner and change line 525 to
$SIG{'HUP'} = 'ReloadParent';
It previously said that but with an "if" condition on the end of the line.

Not sure how that bug crept in, and I want to check it really is a bug 
and that this fixes it.

Once you have changed the code and restarted MailScanner, please try

	tail -f /var/log/maillog | grep Mail &
	service MailScanner reload

As soon as you do the reload, you should see a string of messages from 
the child processes saying that they caught a signal, and are restarting 
themselves.

Please can you quickly try this, today, and report your experiences.
